Skiing at the ski centres around the Isarco Valley: Val Gardena/Sellaronda, Santa Cristina, the Siusi Alp, Plose/Bressanone, Rio Pusteria/Gitschberg and Funes. (Journey time around 30 minutes)

• Cross-country ski trail on the plateau of the Villandro Alp & Corno del Renon - start: hut Mair in Plun - length: 9.5 km - difficulty: medium

Rental point with rental skis at the Gasser Hütte. Four alpine huts provide the perfect stop for refreshments.

For young skating or sledding enthusiasts

• Ice skating at Villandro and Chiusa, the town of the artists
• Curling (skittles on ice) at Chiusa
• Horse-drawn sleigh rides on the Siusi Alp
