Authentic, honest, and rooted in the local area. The Sonnenhotel Adler, just like its sister hotel, the Berglandhotel Untertheimerhof, is run by the siblings Reinhold, Sieglinde and Walter with his girlfriend Simone. But the heads of the family, Rosa and Franz Josef, still play an important role. We put our hearts into everything we do, we always try to pamper our guests and are proud to say that many of them return to visit us.

All our employees are kind-hearted, sensitive and dedicated to their work. They are not seasonal workers, but year-round staff, who receive training and development and are hugely valued. Together with them, we are able to ensure many happy times and a warm, intimate atmosphere. Because working together is our great strength.
Manuel, our receptionist, is happy to respond to any queries and requests. Together with Walter, Sieglinde and Julia, he oversees your booking and everything associated with it. Manuel is polite, sensitive and charismatic, and has a contagious smile and a great love of nature.
Our young chef Reinhold takes the art of cooking to its highest level. But he doesn't work alone: in fact he has the support of a tireless team, which also includes his mother Rosa and his cousin Tobias. Reinhold is not only a chef, but also a keen baker and butcher. Indeed, it is he who joints the meat from our farm and, with help from Tobias, makes fresh bread every day. Reinhold likes to constantly surprise our guests with his winning combination of South Tyrolean cuisine, Mediterranean dishes, and his own creative ideas. You're sure to be tempted!
Our support team of Simone, Irene, Isabella and Magdalena are responsible for the various services available to guests. Always kind, attentive and full of energy, they help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If new guests become regular visitors, it is mainly thanks to them...
Aunt Ida, together with the three sisters Katharina, Darina and Ludmilla, will help make your holiday simply perfect. How? With a warm welcome, lots of attention to detail, and a tactful presence. They are one of our real strengths: the good fairies.
Our duo offers classic or special massages, such as the hot stones or singing bowl massages - pure relaxation of body, mind and soul. Our advice: treat yourself to a massage with aromatic oils, especially with mountain pine oil from the plateau of the Villandro Alp.
