Some of the best wines in the Isarco Valley are produced on the sunny slopes around Villandro. The valley is particularly famous for its exceptional white wines: Sylvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Riesling or Pinot Grigio. There are many wine producers around Villandro, Chiusa, Bressanone and Novacella, where you can buy some delicious South Tyrolean wine to take home as a gift or a souvenir.
